Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds at this time.


What happens to lost/stolen items?

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after it leaves the initial place of packaging.


Can I exchange something?

Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels and item purchased. Please email shop@nightspirit.net for any exchange inquiries.


Can I change my shipping address?

Yes! Please email shop@nightspirit.net with your name, order number, and updated shipping address as soon as possible. Once your order leaves our warehouse we are unable to make any changes.


How can I get my digital download?


Your digital download will be sent via email to the email used at check out on the album release date if preordered or within 24 hours if purchased after the release date.

Please check your junk and promotions folders for the digital download email. If you still have not received the album download after the release date, email shop@nightspirit.net with your name and order number and the download will be sent to you.


How much does shipping cost?

All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:

* Domestic vs International shipments
* Total weight of package
* Selected shipping method
